Health & Wellness Coaching

Working one on one with a health and wellness coach is a unique way to work towards your goals.  It is a team approach, as I will guide, facilitate and support changes that you are ready, willing and able to make.  

Together we will discover exactly what changes need to be made, based on your values, priorities, mindset, current wellness status and underlying motivators.  

We will look for opportunities to replace old habits with new, healthy habits and come up with a clear, concise course of action that will bring you success.

Keeping the Pace

A program for those who continually have difficulty sticking with a plan when it comes to health and wellness.  This program will give you longer-term support and guidance to ensure that you are heading in the right direction and building momentum, ultimately becoming self-sufficient with your customized wellness plan.

Going the Distance

6-8 Months

The best option for those who really have no idea where to even begin.  Through an ongoing partnership and customized wellness plan, you will receive long term support and supervision.  This program will ultimately allow you to learn, grow and take those necessary, important steps to lead to healthy habits, successfully reaching a sustainable lifestyle of wellness.

For those who have completed a Private or Project Wellness Group Program and would like to continue working with me on a consistent basis in order to keep the momentum going and the accountability intact.

Unlimited e-mail and text support and guidance as needed

Checking In As Needed

Up to 12 Months

For those who have completed a Private or Project Wellness Group Program and would like to check in with me every once in a while. You may occasionally want some help to work towards a new goal, overcome an obstacle , re-evaluate your current goals or seek additional support.
