Working one-on-one with a health and wellness coach is a unique way to work toward your goals.  

Using a team approach, I will guide, facilitate, and support changes that you are ready, willing, and able to make.

Together we will discover exactly what changes need to be made based on your values, priorities, mindset, current wellness status, and underlying motivators.

We will look for opportunities to replace old habits with new, healthy habits and come up with a clear, concise course of action

 

About My Work as a Coach

I spend much of my time working with women in their 40’s and 50’s who have either neglected their self-care or are struggling to reach their health and wellness goals.

They have lost their spark.

Many of us women lack the confidence to put 100% of our own belief in our abilities to reach our goals.  I know this because I have been there.  It is my job to help you to discover the reasons why you may lack the self-confidence you need to motivate yourself in order to obtain what you are seeking, whether that is weight loss, leading a healthier lifestyle, changing certain behaviors or simply, being happier with yourself. 

I provide a safe space for women to open up, to allow some guidance in self-discovery, to begin working on changing some of their old habits and replacing them with new habits. 

By focusing on nutrition, self-discovery and behavior modification, my clients have been successful in getting on the right path towards their ultimate wellness. I do not believe in “quick fixes” and my ultimate goal for my clients is long-term, sustainable, and balanced wellness for life, and the spark they need to ignite that confidence.

A program for those who continually have difficulty sticking with a plan when it comes to health and wellness.  This program will give you longer-term support and guidance to ensure that you are heading in the right direction and building momentum, ultimately becoming self-sufficient with your customized wellness plan.

Duration: 8 weeks

The best option for those who really have no idea where to even begin.  Through an ongoing partnership and customized wellness plan, you will receive long term support and supervision.  This program will ultimately allow you to learn, grow and take those necessary, important steps to lead to healthy habits, successfully reaching a sustainable lifestyle of wellness.
