corporate wellness

The Harvard Business Review has defined Corporate Wellness as "an organized employer-sponsored program that is designed to support employees as they adopt and sustain behaviors that improve quality of life, enhance personal effectiveness, and benefit the organization’s bottom line."

Numerous studies have been done around the effectiveness of corporate wellness.  One thing that has been found through research is that by offering an effective wellness program in the workplace 3 things remain true:  There is an increase in productivity, an increase in employee morale and positivity, and a decrease in healthcare costs.

All is Well Health & Wellness has multiple programs that can be tailored to meet your specific employee population.

Services Offered

Workshops (all workshops & programs can be provided virtually)

I will work with you to tailor the workshops towards your specific employee population and its needs.  I  will help you to determine which type of workshop will work best by surveying your employee population and getting to know some key wellness advocates within your company.  Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Benefits of Clean Eating and How to Start

  • Creating a Wellness Vision

  • Finding Balance

  • Goal Setting

  • Mindfulness & Meditation

  • Self-Care

  • Stress Management

  • Women's Health (Hormones, Menopause)

Clean Eating Challenges and 5-Day Detox Programs

All is Well Health and Wellness offers a 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge, as well as a 5-Day Detox Program.  These programs can be a great way for the employees at your company to work together to begin leading a healthier lifestyle.  To learn more about these programs, click here.  If you are interested, please contact me and we can talk about dates that work specifically for your employee population.

Project Wellness  (4 or 8-week group program)

Invite your employees to join us on this 4 week or 8-week journey, designed to give them the tools they need to live the life they desire when it comes to their whole self (physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social).  They will be immersed in their own wellness journeys, alongside their co-workers, by learning how meditation, goal setting, nutrition, movement, self-compassion, sleep, emotions, relationships, and intellectuality can steer them towards a happy, healthy, and productive life.

If you are interested in Project Wellness for your employees, please contact me and I can provide more detailed information to you and we can talk about dates that work specifically for your employee population.

Participation in Your Company Health & Wellness Fairs

I am happy to work with your company in establishing a Health & Wellness Fair for your employees by bringing together a variety of vendors who offer services that will be beneficial to their health and wellness.  If your company already has an annual fair in place, I am happy to join your list of vendors as well!

Our company just finished an 8-week health and wellness program with All is Well Health & Wellness. My employees absolutely loved it! We have had a few other programs in the past but they were very basic and did not really do anything to drive any positive changes. Their approach is different, relevant, and addresses all the five elements of wellness including nutrition, mindfulness, etc. The sessions were very interactive which is very helpful to hear from others on their successes and challenges. They also provided one on one sessions at the beginning of the program so they could understand each person's goals for the class. In addition, they provided support outside of the class and always available to answer any questions.
On a very regular basis, they sent updated reminders, tips and tricks, easy healthy recipes, and positive reinforcement to help keep us on track. They are very smart and caring women and I would highly recommend them to any company looking for a great health and wellness program that will actually give positive results. We look forward to using them in the future for other programs.

The team certainly needed a diversion to help us along the COVID path. But we got more than a diversion. It was a recharging, a remapping of ourselves, and a positive outlook for the future. Thank you again for all that you have done.”
